7 surefire ways to crack any MBA entrance effortlessly

Cracking MBA entrance effortlessly doesn’t only come from knowing what to do but also from knowing what not to do.
There are 7 surefire ways to crack any MBA entrance effortlessly

Don’t actually solve the question but try to solve it from options.
This is one of the best strategies you can employ while solving any problem. Before trying to form an solvable equation, have a look at the options. This will sure make your life easy and it will save your lot of time and energy.

Instead of finding right one, eliminate wrong ones.
When you are stuck on a single question, the best strategy is to leave the question but if you think the question is in your grasp, instead of finding right answer, try eliminating wrong choices.

Don’t try to act smart by solving most difficult questions.
Many smart  people fall into this trap. They always want to stand out in the crowd so what do they do? They solve all the difficult questions in the paper and brag and when the results are declared, they are turned down by all B-schools for being smart.

One of the biggest pitfalls of acting smart is you will fail each and every MBA entrance you give no matter how genius you are, how much you have studied and how many questions you attempted.

IIMs or other institutes have different definition for the word “SMART”

Don’t solve questions in chronological order.
Many people have this bad habit of solving questions in a chronological manner, break this habit immediately. If you don’t , it will break you.

Never judge success from no.  of attempts.
I had many friends who always bragged about how many attempts they made. I used to get so nervous around them but eventually I realized that their results were exactly opposite. If you are one of those who measures your success by no of attempts rather than accuracy then wake up and smell the coffee.

Do calculated guesses.
If you are stuck between two choices, it’s always better to do calculated guess rather than living the question altogether.

Let go your ego by accepting that you can’t solve each and every problem.
Major cause of failure in MBA entrances is EGO. People are holding their egos so strong that they don’t even realize that it’s costing them a whole year. Don’t get your EGO attached to a single question or a single section. If you can’t handle your ego then it’s time to say goodbye to MBA.
